    Members are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the membership purchase date and time. To initiate your refund, please contact our Member Support team within this period.
  2. Non-Refundable Policy after 24 Hours
    After the initial 24-hour period, all membership fees become non-refundable. By retaining your membership beyond this time, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
  3. Refund Process and Timing
    • Once a refund request is approved within the 24-hour period, please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances
    In extraordinary situations such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen critical issues, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis even after the 24-hour period. Please reach out to our Member Support team with documentation if such circumstances arise.
