- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Times Club’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. - Membership
a. Eligibility: To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
b. Membership Fees: Membership fees are due upon enrollment and are non-refundable after the specified refund period.
c. Cooling-Off Period: New members are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their membership within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, membership fees are non-refundable. - Membership Benefits
As a Times Club member, you will have access to a wide range of vacation options, including exclusive access to hotels and resorts through our partnership with RCI. The availability of accommodations is subject to change and may vary based on demand. - Reservations
a. Booking Process: Members must follow the booking procedures outlined in their membership plan. All reservations are subject to availability.
b. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies for specific bookings will vary based on the individual property and terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Please refer to your confirmation email for details. - Limitation of Liability
Times Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or membership benefits. We strive to provide the best possible experience, but we cannot guarantee that every experience will meet your expectations. - Modifications to Terms
Times Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SURAT. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Surat, Gujarat Jurisdiction. - Contact Information

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES (AMC)
- The vacationer user agrees to pay Annual Maintenance Charges “AMC” of Rs.3000/-* every year if availed 3/5 years membership and Rs.12,000/-* every year if availed 10/20 years membership together with applicable taxes or other similar taxes (if any). AMC applicable from the effective date and will be revised without prior notice. The maintenance will be payable every year before making of 1st holiday booking of the year or before completion year, whichever is earlier. The AMC is payable online and payable every year irrespective of usage of Vacationer /vacation /facilities/ amenities. Failure to clear AMC will be a breach of agreement and vacation cannot be utilised until dues are cleared. Vacationer user is also aware that failure to clear the dues “TIMES CLUB” has right to terminate the Vacationer package. The Vacationer user is also aware that there is no offer or any kind whatsoever that allows for waiver for AMC .
- AMC is non refundable and non payment of AMC would amount to breach of contract and the Vacationer would not be able to access the facilities as per the agreement any longer.
- “TIMES CLUB” reserves the right to charge additional fees including access fee or such other charges, as may be prescribed from time to time for usage of India or International properties.
